ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022.

On November 10, 2022, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, attached to which is a copy of the docket record in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on December 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before March 31, 2023, file with the Court written reports (preferably a joint report) as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
