This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case is before the Court on a joint motion for continuance, filed May 14, 2024, and heard in Detroit, Michigan, on September 24, 2024. Counsel for the parties appeared, advised the Court of the current status of the case, and agreed that the issues in the case are limited to petitioners' challenge to the existence or the amounts of the underlying liabilities.
