The evidence presented having been fully considered, the issues having been duly heard and a decision granting Dr. Lee's Motion for Summary Judgment in its entirety having been duly rendered on September 6, 2018,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs take nothing, that the action be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice and on the merits as to defendant Dr. Lee, and that defendant Dr. Lee recover his costs. Dated: 9/13/18
