ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are adopted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.

JUDGMENT

This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that:

1. Defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is GRANTED. This case is dismissed without prejudice.

2. The Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this Order and the Order adopting the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate judge to all parties.
