On December 17, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 4). On December 17, 2021, respondent electronically filed a second Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 5) which is essentially identical to the first motion to dismiss. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 5) filed December 17, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss (Entry No.4). Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion.
