MEMORANDUM OPINION


Jan Fussell was convicted of driving while intoxicated. Appellant, who is not indigent, has not paid for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).
