Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Orgera, J.), dated March 27, 1981, dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 N.Y.2d 241, 248). Judgment of the same court dated May 5, 1981, affirmed. No opinion. Defendant is awarded one bill of costs. Lazer, J.P., Gibbons, Cohalan and Bracken, JJ., concur.
