Order denying plaintiff's motion for a certificate under section 1483 of the Civil Practice Act and to strike out defendants' bills of costs affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Young, Kapper, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur; Hagarty, J., dissents and votes to reverse the order and grant the motion.
