By Order served May 19, 2021, the Court directed respondent to either file an appropriate jurisdictional motion or a response addressing the basis for the Court's jurisdiction as to tax year 2017. On June 4, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within which respondent shall file either an appropriate jurisdictional motion or a response to the Court's Order, served May 19, 2021, is extended to August 9, 2021.
