On September 16, 2021, petitioners filed a Letter Dated September 9, 2021 which the Court will recharacterize as petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Letter Dated September 9, 2021, filed September 16, 2021, is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2021, respondent shall file an Objection, if any, to petitioners' above motion for entry of decision. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion.

Petitioners are advised that the Court's $60.00 filing fee is not refundable to them. That filing fee covers the cost of processing this case. See I.R.C. 7451.
