This case is set for remote trial at a time and date certain of Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time (1 p.m. Eastern time), during the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On April 8, 2022, the parties informed the Court that they have settled the issues that were to be tried on April 12. The Court will decide the remaining issues on the basis of respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed January 28, 2022, and petitioners' response thereto.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned to consider respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment and petitioners' response thereto.
