ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

This case was set for trial at a time and date certain of Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time, during the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session. At the calendar call on November 29, respondent's counsel appeared and informed the Court that petitioners' attorney was in the hospital after undergoing an emergency surgery. Respondent's counsel indicated that he did not oppose a continuance under these circumstances, and we believe that a continuance is appropriate. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's oral motion for continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before December 30, 2021, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
