ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, respondent shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the above-referenced motion, respondent shall serve a copy of any of his filings in this case on petitioners at their address in the Court's record.
