This case is calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, Cali fornia, trial session, to be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On October 26, 2021, the parties filed a joint a Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain. The parties request that the Court set this case for trial at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain, filed October 26, 2021, is granted. It is further
