On July 9, 2021, respondent filed a motion to change place of trial to San Francisco, California, and a motion to calendar this case for trial on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session. The motion to change place of trial was granted on July 13, 2021, at docket entry #19, and the motion to calendar was granted on July 15, 2021, at docket entry #20. The Court then issued a notice of remote proceeding, instructing the parties on how to participate in the November 29 trial session.

Petitioners have nevertheless filed substantially identical motions, asking the Court to change the place of trial to San Francisco and to add this case to the November 29 trial session. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Change Place of Trial and Motion to Calendar, filed August 23, 2021, at docket entries ## 24 and 25, are denied as moot.
