KEITH WAYNE FURR, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Keith Wayne Furr appeals from an order of the district court denying the motion to modify sentence he filed on December 11, 2015. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.

This appeal has been submitted for decision without oral argument. NRAP 34(f)(3). --------

In his motion, Furr requested the district court to reconsider its sentencing decision because Furr cooperated with the police, worked as a confidential informant, is a state's witness in another case, was coerced into pleading guilty in his other cases, and the State committed malfeasance. Furr failed to demonstrate the district court relied on mistaken assumptions regarding his criminal record that worked to his extreme detriment. See Edwards v. State, 112 Nev. 704, 708, 918 P.2d 321, 324 (1996). Therefore, we conclude the district court did not err in denying Furr's motion, and we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
