Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 06, 2023 (Case No. 2023-00897), and from an order, same Court, entered or about September 11, 2023 (Case No. 2023-04648), And non-party appellants having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal under Case No. 2023-00879, and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeal, as well as an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal under Case No. 2023-04648, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal and reinstating the appeal under Case No. 2023-00897, and extending the time to perfect said appeal, and the appeal under Case No. 2023-04846, to the September 2024 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted.
