STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME FOR GM FINANCIAL, INC. TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT (FIRST REQUEST)
Defendant Americredit Financial Services, Inc. dba GM Financial, Inc.,'s (“GM Financial”) response to Plaintiff Christopher Funk's complaint currently is due August 11, 2022. GM Financial has requested, and Plaintiff has agreed, that GM Financial has up to and including August 25, 2022 to respond to Plaintiff's complaint, to provide time for GM Financial to investigate Plaintiff's allegations and for the parties to discuss a potential early resolution of the claims asserted against GM Financial.
This is the first request for such an extension, and it is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay.
