    However, claims concerning an inmate's conditions of confinement are not proper for review in a Section 2255 motion. See, e.g., Fulton v. Mar. 30, 2011) (noting that Section 2255 is not available to challenge conditions of confinement); Alvarado v. United States, Nos. 08cv0631-LAB, 06cr1195, 2008 WL 5111326, at *1 (S.D. Cal. Dec. 4, 2008) ("[N]either a motion pursuant to § 3582 nor a petition under § 2255 is the proper method of challenging conditions of confinement."); Guidice v.
