DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed on original record and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed on the original record is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 22, 2014. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
