This case was stricken from the Court's October 16, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On January 3, 2024, we denied respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed August 17, 2024. On April 30, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Remand. Petitioner does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed April 30, 2024, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further proceedings consistent with the matters discussed in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
