PAUL A. FULTON & CHARLOTTE J. FULTON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served December 9, 2022, the Court temporarily sealed the Petition, filed August 4, 2022, and directed petitioners to file a redacted petition. On December 21, 2022, petitioners filed a Redacted Petition. But for certain redactions made with respect to sensitive identifying information, the Redacted Petition is a duplicate of the Petition. Accordingly, the Court will permanently seal the Petition.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the (original unredacted) Petition shall be permanently sealed and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
