DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 13, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 13, 2011, and for leave to reargue the branches of her prior motion which were to strike the respondent's brief or to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court also dated December 13, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
