This petition for writ of certiorari is treated as a petition for writ of prohibition. As it appears that the petitioner is represented by counsel in the proceeding in the trial court, the petition for writ of prohibition is dismissed. See Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003).
