ORDER

PER CURIAM

On October 10, 2023, W. Cameron McCulloch, in his capacity as the Court-Appointed Guardian of the Estate of Monique Mandell, a Partially Incapacitated Person, filed a motion to substitute him for American National Bank & Trust, the Temporary Guardian of the Estate of Monique Mandell, and Fatima Breland, the Guardian Ad Litem for Monique Mandell, as appellee for purposes of this appeal. We grant the motion.

American National Bank & Trust, the Temporary Guardian of the Estate of Monique Mandell, and Fatima Breland, the Guardian Ad Litem for Monique Mandell are removed as appellees from this appeal. W. Cameron McCulloch, in his capacity as the Court-Appointed Guardian of the Estate of Monique Mandell, a Partially Incapacitated Person is substituted as the sole appellee in this appeal.
