ORDER

Counsel for defendant Patricia Heintz-Candee asked for leave to withdraw from her representation of defendant in this case. I gave defendant an opportunity to oppose the request but she did not respond. From defendant's silence, I conclude that she does not object to counsel's withdrawal from representation.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that Cheryl M. Gill of Johns, Flaherty Collins, S.C., is granted leave to withdraw as counsel for defendant Patricia Heintz-Candee.
