George L. Fuller, Charleston, MO, Appellant Acting Pro Se.

Courtney R. Chapin, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Before Division Four: Gary D. Witt, C.J., and Alok Ahuja and Janet Sutton, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

George Fuller is currently incarcerated in the custody of the Department of Corrections. He filed a small claims petition in the Circuit Court of Cole County against nine Department of Corrections employees, alleging that they lost or destroyed his property. On remand from this Court's decision in Fuller v. Griffith , 630 S.W.3d 911 (Mo. App. W.D. 2021), the circuit court granted the defendants’ motions for judgment on the pleadings. Fuller appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
