Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; Frank M. Ogden, Judge.

Mandamus by Ida Clare Fuller against Berkeley School District of Alameda County, State of California, etc., and others to compel defendants to reinstate plaintiff as a kindergarten teacher. From a judgment for defendants, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
