Action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the named plaintiff in an altercation with the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to a jury before J. Healey, J.; verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Scott A. Garver filed a brief for the appellant (defendant).

John R. Palumbo filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).


We afforded the defendant's claims of error which are properly before us the appropriate scope of review and have determined that the trial court acted properly and in accordance with applicable law.
