Pending before the Court in this case is respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed February 2, 2024. On March 6, 2024 petitioners filed an Opposition to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On April 1, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Stay the Ruling of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' aforementioned motion, filed April 1, 2024, is granted in that petitioners shall, on or before June 3, 2024, file any motions they deem appropriate at that time. Upon filing of their motion, the Court will then by Order, give respondent an opportunity to respond.
