Third-party defendant-appellant Akerman LLP, formerly known as Akerman Senterfitt LLP, having moved for a stay of disclosure pending hearing and determination of the perfected appeal taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 8, 2016, And interim relief, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, having been granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 19, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. The interim stay of disclosure granted by a Justice of this Court on November 19, 2018 is hereby vacated.
