Opinion

No. BI-106.

April 28, 1986.

Appeal from an order of Deputy Commissioner William M. Wieland.

Robert G. Brightman of B.C. Pyle, Orlando, for appellants.

Edward H. Hurt of Hurt, Parrish Dalton and Bill McCabe of Shepherd, McCabe Cooley, Orlando, for appellee.

Competent substantial evidence supports the award by the deputy commissioner of attendant care for eight hours per day for five days per week, and to that extent the order is AFFIRMED. The award of attendant care beyond eight hours per day for five days per week is REVERSED.

NIMMONS and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
