ORDER

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on January 13, 2025, in Room 1136, on the 11th Floor of the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30303. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties in this case copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on January 13, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that same trial session.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
