APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1688conclusiveness of verdict. Where a truck driver on a snowy and sleeting day drove his employer's truck into a filling station and the truck skidded into a cooling machine and damaged it, the negligence was a question of fact for the jury, and a verdict and judgment against the truck driver and his employer was affirmed.

Appeal from County Court of Winnebago county; Hon. FRED J. KULBERG, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at February term, 1942.
