This case was last calendared for trial on the September 19, 2022, San Diego, California trial session and was consolidated with the case at docket no. 31153-21. In an Order served on September 7, 2022, this case was stricken from the Court's September 19, 2022, San Diego trial session to allow the Court to address a jurisdictional issue presented in docket no. 31153-21. The Court severed the two cases on March 11, 2024, and dismissed docket no. 31153-21. The Court also extended to May 10, 2024, the time within which Mr. Frutiger can intervene in this case. To allow this case to be placed on an upcoming trial session, it is

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket. Jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
