ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

On May 18, 2022, the Court issued an Order that respondent file a response and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case was based. On May 26, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with a partial copy of the notice of deficiency attached. On June 7, 2022, respondent filed a First Supplement to Status Report stating respondent is continuing efforts to locate a complete copy of the notice of deficiency.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 8, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to their Status Report and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.
