This is a companion case consolidated for trial with Deshotels v. Fruge, 364 So.2d 258, our docket No. 6659. The issues are substantially the same in both suits. Separate decisions in these cases are being rendered by us this date.

For the reasons assigned in Deshotels v. Fruge, 364 So.2d 258, our docket No. 6659, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of the trial and the appeal are to be paid one-half each by appellee and appellant.

AFFIRMED.
