Courtney Frost v. Jonathan Frost

LC No. 20-000548-DC

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal, motion for immediate consideration and motion for peremptory reversal are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the August 20, 2021 order is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a). The order is not final as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii) because it did not grant or deny "a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile."
