ORDER


The Court is in receipt of a letter from the plaintiff requesting a refund of her filing fee because she does not wish to prosecute her action. The filing fee is nonrefundable; accordingly; the Court is unable to refund plaintiff her payment, despite her apparent good cause for seeking such refund.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
