On August 18, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached in this case. To date, the Court has not received a status report or proposed stipulated decision from the Commissioner. We will restore this case to the general docket so that it may be assigned to a future trial session in the event the parties are unable to reach an agreement before then. Accordingly, it is
