ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER JUDGE.

These consolidated cases involve purportedly captive insurance and similar transitions. The four related cases are currently assigned to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals ("Appeals"). On July 18, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they are continuing to work together on a cooperative basis to either fully resolve these cases with Appeals or prepare them for trial.

Given due consideration to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 18, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of these cases.
