ORDER

Upon further consideration of the record in this case, it is

ORDERED that the caption is amended to read: "Dawn E. Frnka, Deceased, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 6, 2023, Brett E. Deshazo, who represents in the petition that he has been appointed the independent executor of petitioner's estate, shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the letters testamentary, letters of administration, or order from a court of competent jurisdiction which substantiates his appointment as a fiduciary duly qualified to represent petitioner's estate before this Court. Mr. Deschazo also shall state in his Response whether he is still currently serving as the independent executor of petitioner's estate.
