This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington, trial session. On February 22, 2023, the parties filed a joint Motion to Remand and a joint Motion for Continuance. It is

ORDERED that the joint Motion to Remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals, at respondent's Appeals Office located closest to petitioner's residence (or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon) at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than May 24, 2023, for further consideration. It is further

ORDERED that the joint Motion for Continuance is granted, in that this case is continued, and is stricken for trial from the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington, trial session and the undersigned retains jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 26, 2023, submit to the Court joint or separate reports regarding the then present status of this case.
