Appeal from Circuit Court, Rockcastle County; R.C. Tartar, Judge.

Motion for appeal from a judgment of the Rockcastle Circuit Court holding Movant not to be entitled to the total of a joint bank account of $2,000 against her claim that the right of survivorship existed.

A consideration of the record discloses no error prejudicial to Movant's substantial right; the judgment is affirmed.
