This case was on the December 18, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. The parties had previously reported that they had reached a basis for settlement, however respondent later discovered one remaining issue regarding capital gains. The parties need a bit more time to address this issue.
It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before March 8, 2024 the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint status report describing their progress.
