Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 24, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Beth A. Lockhart, Esq., dated December 14, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Christopher M. Judge, Esq., dated December 20, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 1, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
