ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS, § 120agreement for division of fees between attorneys, construction. Agreement between attorneys with respect to costs and fees in connection with condemnation proceeding construed, and held that plaintiff, the forwarding or associate attorney, was required by such agreement to bear witness' fees and was not entitled to share in a subsequent recovery of interest on the award, interest not being covered by the agreement.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. FRANCIS B. ALLEGRETTI, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
