Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in support of the cross motion, it is
ORDERED that the motions by appellants-respondents Douglas Heller and Douglas Heller, M.D., P.C. and respondent-appellant Kingston Hospital are granted, without costs, and the time to perfect their appeals is extended to January 5, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the motions by respondents-appellants Hal N. Buch, M.D., P.C. and Nicholas Charles Golden are denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by affidavits setting forth facts showing merit to their appeals as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion by respondent-appellant Valerie F. Friedlander is granted, without costs, and her brief, which shall also contain the points of argument on her appeals, shall be filed and served on or before February 20, 2018.
