Action, in the first case, for the transfer to the plaintiff of the defendant's interest in certain jointly owned real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Dean, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss, and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Action, in the second case, for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and tried to the court, Tierney, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, Dean, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment and to reform the separation agreement, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
