Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 7, 2022. Upon due consideration of the record in this case, and in order to cure the jurisdictional defect raised in that Motion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2023, petitioners Samuel B. Friedlander and Doris V. Friedlander shall file with the Court a ratification bearing their original signatures and stating, if such be the case, that they have read the Petition filed on March 23, 2022, and ratify and affirm the filing of said document. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners a form that petitioners may use for purposes of ratifying and affirming the Petition. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 30, 2023, shall be held in abeyance pending the filing of a ratification as directed by the Court.
